2.2 Can I accept payments from third-party or hacked accounts?

Absolutely not. We strictly prohibit funds originating from stolen bank accounts, hacked digital wallets, or unauthorized sources. Attempting to bring illicit funds onto FinTrGo will lead to an immediate permanent ban and total forfeiture of funds under our safety clauses.

3. RATES, FEES, & WITHDRAWALS

3.1 How do I get paid out?

All settlements on FinTrGo are processed and paid out exclusively in cryptocurrency using USDT (TRC-20). We do not support direct fiat bank or paper withdrawals.

3.2 What are the platform fees?

FinTrGo keeps pricing simple. We do not charge complex percentage-based fees on inbound transactions. Instead, there is a flat network and processing fee of $1 USDT applied strictly to each outward withdrawal request.

3.3 What is the minimum withdrawal amount?

The minimum withdrawal threshold is $1 USD / USDT.

3.4 How are exchange rates determined?

FinTrGo calculates conversion numbers using an Internal Exchange Rate system based on live market liquidity feeds and operational balancing. These rates fluctuate and can be updated at any time without prior notice to manage market volatility.

3.5 How long does it take to process a withdrawal?

Trusted Users: Verified accounts with a history of clean, compliant transactions often qualify for instant automated processing.
Normal Users: Standard payout requests are typically reviewed and cleared within a 24-hour window.

4. DISPUTES, REFUNDS, & CHARGEBACKS

4.1 What happens if a client files a chargeback?

You bear 100% liability for any chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes initiated by your payers through external networks (like credit card companies or PayPal). If a chargeback occurs, the amount is automatically deducted from your FinTrGo balance. If your balance becomes negative, your account will be frozen until the deficit is repaid.

4.2 What is the policy for illegal or forbidden funds?

If illegal or prohibited funds enter our system, FinTrGo enforces a strict two-step compliance rule:

We prioritize returning the money directly to the original sender's verified account.
If a direct refund is technically impossible or blocked by external networks, the funds are completely donated to an established charitable organization. Illicit funds will never be paid out to non-compliant user accounts.

4.3 How are Escrow disputes resolved?

If a dispute arises over a milestone inside our Escrow system, FinTrGo administrators will review submissions from both parties to issue a final binding decision. Third-party mediation services may be introduced for complex commercial disputes.
