FinTrGo respects your privacy and complies fully with the Meta (Facebook) Platform Terms, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). You have full control over your personal information and may request the permanent deletion of your data at any time.
Facebook Data Unlinking

Method 1: Remove FinTrGo App & Request Deletion via Facebook
If you signed into FinTrGo using Facebook Login, you can revoke access and trigger an automatic data deletion callback directly from your Facebook account settings:
From a Desktop Web Browser:
- Log in to your Facebook account at facebook.com.
- Click on your Profile Picture in the top-right corner and select Settings & privacy → Settings.
- In the left-hand navigation sidebar, click on Apps and Websites.
- Locate FinTrGo in the list of active applications.
- Click the Remove button next to FinTrGo.
- In the confirmation modal, check the option: "Delete posts, videos, or events that FinTrGo posted on your timeline" and click Remove.
- Facebook will immediately dispatch an automated signed deletion request to our server. You will be provided with a confirmation code and status URL to monitor the request.
From the Facebook Mobile App (iOS / Android):
- Open the Facebook App and tap your Menu icon (three horizontal lines).
- Scroll down, tap Settings & Privacy, then tap Settings.
- Under the Permissions section, tap Apps and Websites.
- Find and select FinTrGo.
- Tap Remove and confirm your selection.
Method 2: Submit an Online Data Deletion Request (Instant)
You can also submit an immediate self-service data deletion request using the form below. Once submitted, our system will unlink your authentication credentials, process the deletion, and display your confirmation code.

What Data Is Deleted and Retention Policies
When a data deletion request is processed, FinTrGo executes the following actions:
- Facebook & Social Identifiers: Your Facebook User ID, authorized email linkage, and social profile picture URLs are permanently severed from our database.
- KYC Documents & Identity Records: All uploaded identity documents (Passports, National ID cards, driving licenses, and verification selfies) stored on encrypted servers are permanently deleted upon account closure.
- Profile Information: Contact emails, phone numbers, and custom profile settings are purged or anonymized.
- Financial Compliance Notice: In accordance with global financial compliance standards, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) requirements, past transaction ledger balances and payment records may be retained for the minimum legally mandatory retention period, after which they are permanently wiped. No marketing or commercial use is made of archived records.
